We’ll get back to you with a quote within 1–2 business days.
Please allow 5–7 business days’ notice for custom cake orders.
During busy seasons, we may need to limit the number of custom orders we can accept.

 
 

Cake Order Policy

Cakes ordered online must be placed at least 2 business days in advance.
(We’re closed on Saturdays, which does not count as a business day.)
Orders placed with less than 2 business days’ notice will be canceled and refunded automatically.

Cake Refund Policy

  • Customers are responsible for picking up their cake on the scheduled pick-up day.

  • We cannot provide refunds or store credit for cakes not picked up on the indicated day.

  • Orders canceled less than 2 business days in advance are non-refundable.

  • Once the cake leaves our store, we are not responsible for handling or storage, so please take care when transporting.
