FAQ REWARDS

  • You’ll have 7 days from the date it’s loaded to visit us in-store and enjoy it. On the Sunday before your birthday, a free treat will be automatically loaded to your rewards account

  • Every dollar you spend earns you 3 points, and once you reach 600 points, that’s $5 in rewards to spend on anything in-store.

FAQ GLUTEN-FREE

  • Yes, we have a wide selection of gluten free baked goods. Online they are marked as “GF” You can see our selection HERE

  • All our gluten free baked goods are placed on the top shelf of our display case.

  • Whitin our Bakery (all sweet treats, cakes, muffins, cupcakes, cookies) we have a dedicated gluten-free area that’s enclosed, with its own ovens and utensils. We have dedicated staff to this area to avoid exposure, and they follow safety protocols. We also use an air pressure system to minimize airborne particles. That said, while we take many precautions, we do handle wheat elsewhere on the premises, so there is always a chance of cross-contamination, especially once treats are placed out front in the display case. Even then, our staff uses separate tongs and careful handling practices.

  • In the Kitchen area (all savoury foods, sandwiches, pizzas, burgers, soups etc.) can be made with gluten-free crusts, buns, and other ingredients. However, these are prepared in the same areaas wheat-based items, using shared surfaces, ovens, and utensils.
    We want to share all of this with you so you can make the choice that feels right for you

  • Yes! no dairy is used in the baking process! we’re 100% plant-based

  • Yes! no eggs are used in the baking process! we’re 100% plant-based

  • We have a selection of baked goods that do not contain nuts. However, all our treats and kitchen menu items are produced in a facility that also processes nuts.

  • We can not guarantee any item to be 100% allergen-free. Before making your order please inform our staff of any food allergies. Be advised our products could be cross-contaminated with allergens, such as nuts, gluten, soy and sesame.

FAQ VEGAN & NON-GMO


  • Yes! no dairy or eggs are used in the baking process! we’re 100% plant-based

  • Yes! no animal product are used in the cooking process! we’re 100% plant-based!

  • Most of our retail products are vegan but a few contain honey, that’s why we say we’re plant-based.

  • Yes! We get in touch with vendors and manufacturers, and carefully source all of our grocery products to ensure they’re Non-Gmo.

  • Yes! no animal product are used in the cooking process! we’re 100% plant-based!

FAQ ONLINE SHOPPING

  • We do not currently have our Grocery products available to purchase online, but you can order from baked goods and cakes online.

  • We do not currently offer delivery for Groceries or Bakery, However you can order anything off our Kitchen menu for delivery through Door Dash and Uber Eats.

FAQ BREAD

  • Yes! All our bread is perfectly fine to refreeze.

  • The best day for seconds bread is Sunday. However we can't guarantee that we will have them on any given day.

OTHER FAQ

  • We want to offer unique beverages that you really won't find anywhere else. So, we formulated our lattes with adaptogens, which are powerful plant compounds that help your body adapt to stress and give you a boost of energy without the crash.

  • Our sugar-free baked goods include a sugar free chocolate chip cookie, all our sourdough loaves, and our coconut lime energy balls which are sweetened only with fruit. We also offer a sugar free chocolate silk pie that is sweetened with dates and xylitol.

  • Yes! You can view all our cake options HERE. We require at least 2 business days’ notice and prepayment for cake orders.

  • The owners of Sprouted Oven are Seventh Day Adventists, and Saturday is their Sabbath. This is a day for resting and spending time with family.
