Our golden rule is: we won't put anything on your table that we wouldn't put on our own. Just like Grandma taught us. So, you can rest assured that when you come in to stock up your pantry, you are getting the best quality and variety always without compromise.

LITTLE NORTHERN BAKEHOUSE GLUTEN-FREE BAGELS
Little Northern Bakehouse bread is certified gluten-free, non-GMO and super soft and delicious. These mouthwateringly scrumptious gluten-free bagels can take you from breakfast, to bagelwich—and beyond!
ONE DEGREE ORGANIC SPROUTED ROLLED OATS
Sprouting unlocks all the nutrients in the grain making them easily digestible and retaining all their nutrition and fibre. These oats will keep you full and provide a steady energy release throughout your day.
SILVER HILLS BAKERY SPROUTED BREADS
From soft, smooth slices to seed-stuffed breads, from wholesome whole grain buns to better-for-you bagels and tortillas, there’s a Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery product you’ll love.

THE BAKERY
Welcome to our table. We know that not all diets are made equal. Our Grandma always taught us to strive to create each and every recipe with a dedication to health and sustainable well being.
Food that makes you feel + live well.
We keep things the way she taught us: simple and good. That's why The Sprouted Oven has two bakeries, both are delicious, fresh and wholesome. One is dedicated to sprouted wheat baking and one is dedicated to gluten-free baking.
We take the time and care to find the best ingredients we can so you can know that what you are eating is entirely good. Just like Grandma would have done it. We have an option for everyone, and can custom create orders just for you. So please, have something fresh, grab a seat and share a moment with us, we are happy to have you.

Q: Are all your baked goods and kitchen menu items vegan?
A: Yes!
Q: Do you make cakes?
A: Yes! You can view all our cake options on our “Cakes” page. We require at least 2 business days’ notice and prepayment for cake orders.
Q: Why don’t you serve coffee?
A: We want to offer unique beverages that you really won't find anywhere else. So, we formulated our lattes with adaptogens, which are powerful plant compounds that help your body adapt to stress and give you a boost of energy without the jitters.
Q: Are all your retail products vegan?
A: Most of our retail products are vegan but a few contain honey.
Q: Why are you closed on Saturdays?
A: The owners of Sprouted Oven are Seventh Day Adventists, and Saturday is their Sabbath. This is a day for resting and spending time with family.
Q: What days do you have the most seconds bread?
A: The best day for seconds bread is Sunday. However we can't guarantee that we will have them on any given day.
Q: Is every product in your store Non-GMO?
A: Yes!
Q: Do you have gluten free baked goods?
A: Yes, we have a wide selection of gluten free baked goods. You can view our gluten free items on our website under "from the gluten free oven".
Q: How can I tell which baked goods are gluten free in store?
A: All our gluten free baked goods are placed on the top shelf of our display case.
Q: Can I shop online?
A: We do not currently have our retail products available to purchase online, but we do have some of our most popular baked goods and cakes available to order online.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: We do not currently offer delivery, however you can order anything off our kitchen menu for delivery through Door Dash and Uber Eats.
Q: Do you have any sugar-free baked goods?
A: Our sugar-free baked goods include a sugar free chocolate chip cookie, all our sourdough loaves, and our coconut lime energy balls which are sweetened only with fruit. We also offer a sugar free chocolate silk pie that is sweetened with dates and xylitol.
Q: Can I refreeze my bread that I buy from you?
A: Yes! All our bread is perfectly fine to refreeze.
Q: Are your baked goods nut free?
A: We have a selection of baked goods that do not contain nuts. However, all our treats and kitchen menu items are produced in a facility that also processes nuts.
